For your start, render placement looks a kinda awkward, I think it would look nicer if you move the render a little upwards or crop the top part away. Color scheme is right. It's quite hard to add depth with only the lighting there, the background needs more structure, looks flat at the moment with only the effects there.

Before is actually looking better than after. Mutiny went a little overboard with the lighting and brightness. Too much white and not enough contrast. Text is not so good, looks better without it.

The render placement is a bit odd..

Love the render placement. Perfectly abstract for her arms and energy surrounding her hands. Fits perfectly.

The only real problem I have with this is the background. In your start, it's starting to look good. Version two, after the collab, it was crammed with too much, and looks bad. Much better in your start.

It's lacking some depth because the pink radius's are too large, an too solid (one color) for it to create depth and perspective.

Good job to the both of you. Hope all goes well in the SOTW.
